The PARQ is located in Bangkok’s central business area with convenient access to Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre MRT station, making it easier to live the car-free life. The building also provides facilities like electric car chargers, bicycle racks, and shower rooms to support those who opt for other sustainable transportation options.
SUSTAINABLE SITES
Every element at The PARQ is designed to minimize our impact on the environment. Vegetation, tree shades, water features, and light-colored roofing are strategically utilized to alleviate the rising urban air temperature. We also employ light shielding features and reduce lighting power to minimize light pollution to the sky and the surroundings.
ENERGY AND ATMOSPHERE
Energy saving has never been as easy as it is at The PARQ with features like high-efficiency chiller plants, electronically commutated fans in the air handling units and high-performance facade with insulating glass are designed and installed to reduce our energy consumption and the associated carbon emissions. The insulated glass facade helps reduce solar heat within the building by 75%. Sensors and IoT platform also allow for automatic lighting level adjustment when natural light suffices or even when the room is unoccupied.
WATER EFFICIENCY
At The PARQ, we make sure that every drop of water is used to its fullest potential. We employ water submetering to monitor and improve the building’s performance and install water-saving fixtures in all common areas, resulting in a 40% water demand reduction. Waste water is then treated and reused for gardening with a dripping irrigation system that helps minimize water overconsumption.

Our Indoor Environmental Quality is designed to a tee. We regularly monitor air quality for prompt corrective actions. With airflow and carbon dioxide sensors installed throughout the building, fresh air supply at The PARQ is 30% higher than international standards. The PARQ’s open floor plate means that occupants can have full access to Bangkok’s skyline from every corner of their space. It also allows for versatile layouts and functions.
INNOVATION
The PARQ features innovations in design and operation that enhance the building’s environmental performances. Our parking management system supports transportation demand management. Subsequently, occupants can save time and breeze through our parking facility at the right moment. We have also been producing our own natural fertilizers from food waste within the building.
